1. What types of products do you sell?

We offer a wide range of products across categories like Men’s & Women’s Fashion, Kidswear, Kitchen Tools, Home Decor, Fitness Accessories, and Gadgets.


2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available for most pin codes. All COD orders require WhatsApp or phone verification before shipping.


3. How long will it take to receive my order?

We process orders in 1–2 business days, and delivery takes 3–5 days. COD orders may experience an extra 1–2 day delay due to verification.


4. Do I need to create an account to order?

No, you can check out as a guest. But having an account lets you track orders and access future discounts more easily.


5. How do I return a product?

You can request a return within 5 days of delivery. An unboxing video is mandatory for approval. Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup.


6. How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds are processed within 7–15 working days after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.


7. Can I exchange an item?

Yes. You can request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery with a valid unboxing video. A Rs. 150 shipping fee applies.


8. Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. Frequent cancellations may result in account restrictions.


9. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Please share the unboxing video within 48 hours via WhatsApp or email. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
